Site Guardian is a unique product being offered in NZ by Security Consultant and Technician Cliff Gott. Cliff has been in the security industry in NZ for more than 18 years. During that time, he has worked on a wide variety of alarm and camera systems in client’s homes and businesses. Cliff has an eye for what security measures will and will not work and he likes to test security equipment in real life situations to make sure they perform as expected.

In order to be a Security Technician or Consultant in New Zealand, you need to have at least a Certificate of Approval from the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority. Cliff has a certificate for both roles.

One of Cliff’s main strengths is his customer service. He is able to work with clients to find the best security solution for them by explaining the options available and allowing the client to understand their relative merits.

Another strength is his fault-finding ability. He is able to find what the actual problem is and provide a fix that will work. He doesn’t just keep replacing bits of equipment until the problem goes away. He also tests all equipment to make sure it is performing as expected.
